Email or call to book your window treatment consultation or use our convenient online booking tool to view our complete calendar.

In-Home Consultation
All projects start with a design consultation where we will discuss the space(s) to be designed, your goals and challenges. We will bring a curated selection of samples to gauge your likes and dislikes and take detailed measurements of each window to be included in the proposal.

Proposal/Estimate
Based on our initial visit, you will receive a detailed proposal for your window treatments including an estimated budget and a high level concept including 2-3 inspiration images.
– 4 –
Design
Upon approval of our proposal and payment of a non-refundable deposit, we will create our design concept for your windows. This design includes all fabrics, trims and hardware selections required. We will present the final design along with physical samples and drawings to visualize the design along with a complete outline of the investment.
One revision of your design is included.

Custom Production
Once you have approved your design and paid in full for your new window treatment(s) we get started bringing your design to life! We place all orders, track deliveries and coordinate with our professional workroom and installers. You will always know what’s happening with weekly update emails from your designer.

Installation
When production of your new window treatments is complete we will arrange for installation. This can range from 2-6 hours depending on the complexity and number of treatments being installed. After installation, we will do a final walkthrough together and provide tips for caring for your new window coverings.

Where are your window treatments made?
Depending on the treatment selected they will be manufactured in the United States, Mexico or locally in Mississauga and Vaughn. All custom draperies are sewn by our talented fabric workroom in Toronto.
